Depending on the project you require, it will determine the type of brief that we take from you. After an initial consultation, we are usually able to tell you, whether the project you require is of a fixed price or bespoke nature. Only for bespoke projects might you need to pay extra for our advice & consultancy. You can rest assured, however, that you will know about any incurring costs before the start of any project.

We like to keep the client's involvement in projects through every step of the way. We do this by practising our own research and theory methods that keep you in constant contact with the designers and developers at every level. This is to make sure that we have covered everything stated in the brief and to show you any considerations that we have made along the way. We understand that we might not always be able to work with you directly. Your level of involvement is entirely your choice and we are happy to work alongside other research agencies to complement existing processes.

At the beginning of each project the client is given a proposal, outlining the schedule for the project with milestones, sign-offs and dates that you can expect progress reports.
